About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Plan, create, and schedule daily posts on Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook, ensuring consistency in messaging and branding
2. Monitor comments, messages, and mentions on social media channels, responding promptly and fostering positive interactions with our community
3. Produce engaging and informative blog posts that highlight our music, artists, and behind-the-scenes experiences
4. Conduct interviews with our music composers/artists and craft compelling articles that showcase their talent and stories
5. Create captivating YouTube videos that promote our music, events, and artist interviews
6. Optimize video content for maximum visibility and viewership
7. Plan, execute, and monitor Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns to drive website traffic, music streams, and event attendance
8. Continuously analyze ad performance and optimize campaigns for better results
9. Work closely with the web development team to implement SEO best practices and improve the website's search engine rankings
