About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

Sales & Sourcing Documentation:

1. Prepare, organize, and maintain sales and sourcing documents, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
2. Assist in creating and formatting documents in Word and Excel.

Notary & Stamp Paper Processing:

1. Visit and complete notary and stamp paper formalities as required.
2. Ensure timely and accurate completion of legal and regulatory documentation.

Sales Team Assistance:

1. Provide general support to the sales team with administrative and documentation needs.
2. Coordinate with client's offices for document submission when needed.

Documentation & Data Management:

1. Maintain organized records of all documentation.
2. Ensure efficient data management and reporting in Excel.

Educational Background: Currently pursuing or completed a degree in business administration, commerce, or a related field.

Attention to Detail: A keen eye for accuracy and detail in handling documentation and processes.

Availability: Ability to travel within Thane and nearby areas for notary, stamp paper, and government office visits as required.
