We are looking for a motivated and energetic sales intern to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for calling potential clients, closing sales, and ensuring timely collection of payments. You will be selling education subscriptions and B2B SaaS products, making this a dynamic and rewarding opportunity.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to promote and sell education subscriptions and B2B SaaS products.
2. Effectively close sales by understanding customer needs and presenting the right solutions.
3. Manage and ensure the collection of payments post-sale.
4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM.
5. Handle customer objections and rejections with professionalism and persistence.
Skills:
1. Excellent communication skills in English.
2. Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and use CRM and other sales tools.
3. Strong ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
4. A keen interest in sales and a desire to grow in a fast-paced environment.

Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of Rs. 300000 to 500000 /year
Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (20% of sales (recurring every month)).
