1. Sales and Business Development:
Actively engage with restaurant owners, chefs, and purchasing managers to promote and sell chicken products.
Identify new business opportunities within the local restaurant market and establish new client relationships.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs and competitor offerings, helping to position the company's products effectively.
2. Order Coordination and Client Relationship Management:
Serve as the primary point of contact for existing restaurant clients, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment.
Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., logistics, production) to ensure that orders are processed and delivered according to customer specifications.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing any issues, complaints, or concerns raised by clients.
3. Credit Management:
Follow up with clients to collect outstanding payments and ensure the timely settlement of credit amounts owed.
Maintain accurate records of payment statuses, update client accounts, and report any overdue payments to senior management.
4. Reporting and Administration:
Prepare and submit regular sales reports, including order status, sales figures, and payment collection updates.
Update the customer database with relevant order details, contact information, and payment records.
5. Product Knowledge and Promotion:
Continuously learn about the company's chicken products, features, and benefits to effectively communicate value propositions to clients.
Assist in promotional activities and campaigns aimed at boosting sales to restaurants and increasing brand awareness.
6. Collaboration and Teamwork:
Work closely with the sales and logistics teams to ensure seamless order processing and client satisfaction.
Assist in any additional tasks as assigned by the sales team or management to enhance overall customer experience.
Please note: This is a field sales internship so would require being on the field and visiting restaurants daily, it is not an in office desk job
