1. Candidates need to be curious, creative and enthusiastic to work on hands-on projects

2. Candidates must be currently pursuing a B.Tech degree from an accredited institute

3. Coursework in electronics, electrical, mechanical engineering or other similar fields

4. History of working on hands-on projects in school, college
