Retention Specialist Internship (Remote)

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Dealing with our learners to find out the issues they are facing, how we may improve our products or services, and how to retain the learners
2. Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, and revenue
3. Meeting planned retention goals
4. Setting individual refund and retention targets
5. Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary
6. Promoting the organization and products
7. Understanding our ideal learners and how they relate to our courses
8. Demonstrating and presenting courses available with their advantages
9. Working towards monthly and annual targets of retention
10. Working on the entire leads such as dropouts, refunds, and non-responsive learners to achieve the retention percentage
11. Creating, managing, and providing periodic progress and status reports
