Candidates will be given staffing requirements for various companies PAN INDIA level. First level sourcing/search using Naukri Portal /LinkedIn will be done be a senior recruitment manager initially after that you will be calling on data based on that search. We will help you learn sourcing resumes through different portals.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Understanding the given requirement technically from client/recruitment manager
2. Editing given search by using your own mind according to different filters
3. Speaking with candidates & sharing email drafts & messages
4. Coordinating with candidates
5. Lining candidates for interview
6. Preparing calendar invites
7. Seeking followup till interview
8. Maintaining data in Google sheets
9. Taking feedback for candidates & working accordingly
Only those candidates can apply who:
1. are available for the work from home job/internship
2. can start the work from home job/internship between 22nd Mar'23 and 26th Apr'23
3. are available for duration of 3 months
4. have relevant skills and interests
