About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Managing the end-to-end talent acquisition life cycle from job requisition to onboarding
2. Recruiting across all phases of IT throughout the UK and Europe, sourcing resumes from job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, Monster, etc.
3. Managing the full recruitment lifecycle and vendor management to meet client needs
4. Acting as a full-cycle IT recruiter, serving as the single point of contact for IT departments and reporting to the director of talent acquisition
5. Screening candidates for various skill sets and handling benefits negotiations
6. Working with different visa types (ILR, BC, BN, T1, T2)
7. Ensuring ATS reporting and making related MIS and management reports available as needed, including monthly reports
8. Innovating hiring practices by using new methods and channels, keeping a lookout for talent in the market and planning accordingly
