About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Source and screen potential candidates through various channels.
2. Assist in scheduling interviews and coordinating with hiring managers.
3. Conduct initial interviews and assess candidates.
4. Manage candidate databases and update recruitment systems.
5. Help create job descriptions and post them on job boards.
6. Collaborate with team members on recruitment strategies and campaigns.
7. Provide administrative support to the recruitment team as needed.
