About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Conduct quality checks on incoming materials, components, and finished products to ensure they meet established quality standards and specifications
2. Inspect product samples for defects, discrepancies, or inaccuracies in personalization details, design elements, and product features
3. Work closely with the designing team, packing team, laser machine operators, and other operational teams to identify root causes of quality issues and implement corrective actions
4. Document and report any quality issues, discrepancies, or deviations from standards, and escalate critical issues to management for immediate resolution
5. Assist in developing and implementing quality control procedures, checklists, and guidelines to standardize processes and improve efficiency
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer complaints, returns, and replacements related to product quality issues
7. Monitor and track quality metrics and performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of quality control efforts and identify areas for improvement
8. Provide feedback and recommendations for process improvements, training needs, and workflow optimizations to enhance overall product quality and customer satisfaction
9. Conduct regular audits and spot checks throughout the production and fulfillment process to ensure compliance with quality standards and requirements
