Job Title: Quality Analyst & Control Intern (AFAQ Clinics & Hotel Lakeview)
Location: Hyderabad, Telangana
Duration: 4 Months (Full-time)

Responsibilities:
Quality Analysis:
Analyze operational workflows and service delivery processes in clinics and hotels.
Develop and document quality assurance strategies and protocols.
Identify areas for process improvement to prevent defects and enhance overall efficiency.
Assist in designing, testing, and implementing quality control systems.
Quality Control:
Conduct regular inspections and audits on services, products, and processes.
Review patient feedback, guest experiences, and service data to identify quality issues.
Perform testing and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with teams to resolve defects and ensure corrective actions are implemented.

Skills & Qualifications:
Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Knowledge of quality management systems and tools is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
Ability to work independently and within a team.
