1. Completed bachelors or enrolled in a masters degree in Business Administration (BBA) or an MBA program
2. Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
3. Excellent verbal and written communication with interpersonal and organizational skills
4. Strong persuasive abilities and problem solving skills
5. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently
6. Can work effectively either independently or as part of a team
