Project Management Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Determine and define project scope and objectives
2. Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner
3. Work on the allocation of the project among the development team
4. Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan
5. Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various teammates about strategy and progress
6. Maintain project analysis reports for clients
7. Update project progress to the clients constantly
8. Interact with international clients on a regular basis
9. Act as a liaison between the clients and the developers
10. Understand the client requirements and advise the development team accordingly
11. Measure project performance to identify areas of improvement
