As a Project Management intern at Growify Digital, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects and gain hands-on experience in the field. You will collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget, while also effectively communicating with stakeholders to keep them informed of project progress.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Shopify Maintenance: Regularly monitor and maintain the health and performance of our Shopify website, including resolving technical issues, optimizing site speed, and ensuring compatibility with various devices and browsers
2. Website Updates and Enhancements: Coordinate with internal stakeholders to identify, prioritize, and implement website updates, enhancements, and new features to improve user experience and drive conversions
3. Task Management: Assign tasks and projects to team members, ensuring that priorities are clear and deadlines are met. Utilize project management tools to track progress and communicate updates effectively
4. Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing of website changes and updates to ensure functionality, usability, and compatibility across platforms
5. Manage Multiple Projects: Effectively oversee and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring each project meets its objectives within the specified timelines and budget constraints
6. Prioritize tasks and allocate resources appropriately to ensure the successful execution of all projects

Preferred (Must Haves) Qualifications:
1. Shopify certification or relevant professional certifications
2. Experience with task management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Asana, or Trello
Requirements:
1. Bachelors degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field
2. Proven experience (1+ years) managing and maintaining Shopify-based e-commerce websites
3. Strong understanding of Shopify platform architecture, themes, templates, and APIs
4. Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other web development languages and frameworks
5. Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively delegate tasks and motivate team members
6. Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work within deadlines
