Key responsibilities include taking complete responsibility of allocated area in the polyhouse and get work done from team assigned to them.
Note:
1. Complete knowledge of fertigation and irrigation with respect to different plant varities in nursery
2. A keen eye for pests on plants on any part of farm should be noticed and acted upon immediately
3. Time management for every task on field will be a key resposnsibility of the person
4. Look into the process as to how can the operations be optimised
Location is Talegaon Dabhade, Maharashtra
Only those candidates can apply who:
1. are available for full time (in-office) internship
2. can start the internship between 9th Jun'24 and 14th Jul'24

Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of Rs. 200000 to 400000 /year
Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 3000 per quality of work done).
