1. Finance, computer science, or related field. MBA or equivalent preferred.
2. Strong understanding of loan products, credit risk management, and loan origination processes within NBFCs.
3. Experience working with loan management software or platforms is highly desirable.
4. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
5. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
6. Proven project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
7. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
9. Certification in product management (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner) is a plus.
