Product Management Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Support features for customers to access our neo-banking financial service products & its features using IVR & WhatsApp channels
2. Build features on our customer support platform to help resolve & address customer queries & issues through our in-house call center
3. Work with business, financial solutions & customer support teams to design effective processes & SOPs to provide the best-in-class customer support experience to our customers
4. Improve the vernacular offerings to customers & help set-up up processes to scale our customer app & all customer-facing communications to 15+ vernacular languages

Who can apply:

1. Bachelor s in engineering-2021/2022 pass outs
2. Able to zoom out and view the larger picture as well as be able to focus on the tiny details
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a precise talent for articulating customer challenges and simplifying them for a non-technical audience
