About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Researching and identifying potential clients through various channels such as online databases, social media, and industry events.
2. Assisting in drafting and sending emails, making cold calls, and setting up meetings with potential clients.
3. Preparing and customizing sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations.
4. Analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to assist in developing effective sales strategies.
5. Maintaining and updating customer relationship management (CRM) systems, track leads, and generate regular reports on sales activities and progress.

Other requirements

1. At least 3 months of experience in inside sales, telesales, or B2B outbound sales.

2. Bachelors degree in any field.

3. Strong voice modulation and clear communication skills.

4. Prior experience in B2B phone-based sales is essential.

5. Comfortable with heavy outbound calling and motivated by achieving targets.

6. Team player who can work independently with minimal supervision.

7. Resourceful, goal-oriented, metrics-driven, and solution-focused.

8. Proficient in both Hindi and English.

9. Persistent, energetic self-starter with strong multitasking and time management skills.

10. Able to work well across departments, with diverse personalities and skill sets.

11. Thrives in high-pressure environments and meets targets effectively.

12. Excellent professional rapport-building abilities.
