We are seeking a personal assistant to join our team. This position involves a variety of responsibilities, including providing administrative and emotional support. We are looking for an experienced and highly organized candidate with excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Coordinating and managing daily activities
2. Maintaining calendars and schedules
3. Gathering and managing information
4. Staying on top of deadlines and tasks
5. Working on taking dictation and minutes
Note: Within three months of completion of the internship, the internship can become a full-time position.
