Performance Marketing Internship

Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Performance Marketer with at least 1 year of hands-on experience running Facebook and Google Ads campaigns focused on lead generation. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality leads and optimizing campaigns for maximum ROI.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns on Facebook and Google.
2. Create and test ad creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies.
3. Analyze campaign performance and prepare detailed reports.
4. Collaborate with the team to align campaigns with marketing goals.

Requirements:

1. Minimum 1 year of experience in performance marketing for lead generation.
2. Proficiency in Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads.
3. Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret campaign data.
4. Knowledge of A/B testing and ad optimization techniques.
