Zonal Management (South India) Part Time Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Develop and execute strategies to enhance community engagement and empower students through leadership initiatives
2. Build communities in large numbers across messaging and social media platforms catering to the youth in Eastern India
3. Lead a team of dedicated youth leaders, providing training and opportunities to foster their professional growth
4. Organize and facilitate interactive and informative programs and events focused on career development and skill-building
5. Be available for up to 2 daily stand-ups online of 15-20 minutes each on Google Meet with progress updates

Qualifications:

1. Strong leadership skills with a passion for empowering others
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
3. Proven experience in community engagement, project management, or related fields
4. Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse and dynamic environment
5. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (preferred)
