Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Conduct outbound calls to generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
2. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all calls and customer interactions in MS-Excel.
3. Follow up on leads and inquiries to ensure a high conversion rate.
4. Provide excellent customer service and address any concerns or questions from clients.
5. Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies for reaching sales targets.
6. Participate in sales training to improve your skills and knowledge of the industry.
7. Assist in other administrative tasks as needed to support the sales team.

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 5000 per sale).
