Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in sourcing and screening potential candidates through various channels
2. Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers
3. Participate in job fairs and networking events to attract top talent
4. Update and maintain our applicant tracking system with candidate information
5. Assist in creating job descriptions and posting openings on job boards
6. Conduct reference checks and background screenings for potential hires
7. Provide general administrative support to the HR team as needed
