About part time job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Working on leading/anchoring our science shows at events, and being the ideal face of the company at our events.
2. Conducting science-based activities for 4 to 12-year-old kids at events and shows.
3. Conducting the science DIY workshops for the kids.
4. Working alongside other team members for the set-up and implementation of events.
5. Travelling for events to venues in Delhi NCR, Gurgaon and also to outstation cities.
6. Handling the material involved in the event responsibly from start to end, and avoiding unnecessary damage.
7. Attend the ongoing events on a regular basis, 2 days a week on a priority basis.

Additional details:

1. This role has a probation period of a minimum of 6 events within initial 30 days in order to continue the internship.
2. The candidate should be able to give availability twice a week during the internship tenure subject to availability of the events, in order to be eligible for successfully completing the internship.
3. The candidate should be open to work in events till 9 PM.

2. Step 2: Anchoring video assignment.
3. Step 3: A Google meet interview with the hiring manager.
4. Step 4: A demo event in person.
5. Step 5: A mandatory probation of minimum 6 events within initial 30 days.
6. Step 6: Successful onboarding after completing the above steps.

Other requirements

1. You do not need to be from a science background for this, but have good anchoring skills and energy.

2. Applicants with a science background or Anchoring, debating or public speaking experience are preferred.

3. Availability to attend events in person 2 times a week on a priority basis.

4. Effective communication & presentation skills.

5. An ability to interact with the young kids of age 4-12 years of age.

6. Availability for anchor training programs on a regular basis.

7. The candidates open to work in events till 9 PM would be preferred.

WonderLab is a venture for children to experience science in a fun and involved manner. Our objective is to help children build a scientific approach that allows them to ask the right set of questions based on logic. We want to inculcate in them, a sense of wonder about how the world works. We dazzle them with mind-blowing experiments such as frozen flowers and giant bubbles leaving them amazed and wanting to learn more.
