Law/Legal Part Time Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist with legal research and case preparation for ongoing projects.
2. Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, compliance reports, and other agreements.
3. Support the legal team in corporate compliance filings and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
4. Participate in client meetings, take detailed notes, and track action items for follow-up.
5. Collaborate with team members on various legal projects, providing input and assistance as needed.
6. Maintain organized records and documentation to ensure easy access and retrieval.
7. Provide general administrative support to the legal department as required.
8. Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations to enhance legal knowledge and contribute to team success.
