Finance & Accounting Part Time Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Work on assisting in the collection and preparation of monthly financial reports
2. Work on maintaining the journal and general ledger entries
3. Work on communicating with the accounts payable manager & accounts receivable manager to track pending invoices
4. Work on undertaking data entries and balance sheet reconciliations
5. Work on maintaining accurate and detailed inventory records
6. Work on performing administrative duties such as preparing invoices and updating accounting files
7. Work on assisting in filing IT returns
8. Work on gathering financial data & preparing accurate reports
9. Work on cross-checking and verifying financial documents
10. Work closely with the accounting manager to understand our company's accounting practices

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field
2. Excellent mathematical skills
3. Familiarity with accounting software like Chargebee
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
5. Good multitasking & organizational skills
6. Ability to work under pressure
7. Highly motivated and reliable individual
8. Should be detail-oriented & be able to conduct in-depth research
