Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any ongoing concerns.
Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues.
Provide feedback to improve products and services based on customer interactions.
