1. Experience in on-field sales, business development, customer service, etc. (preferred).
2. The ability to manage uncertainty and adapt to changes while still performing at high levels of excellence.
3. A high amount of resourcefulness and drive to develop mutually beneficial partnerships.
4. Possess strong communication skills, the ability to listen actively, understand the needs of stakeholders, and convince school owners to sign up for the program.
5. Possess relationship-building skills, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
6. Possess Telugu fluency and a vehicle for travel (preferred).
Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 10000 per sale).
