Assistant Part Time Internship

Preferred Candidate: Female college student studying in Mumbai for undergraduate studies with excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken).

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Accompany the founder, Ekta Shah, to the workplace for a minimum of four hours daily, primarily in the morning.
2. Assist in organizing and managing exhibits for COMES THE BRIDE events.
3. Maintain an Excel sheet and database of clients, including communication records.
4. Conduct follow-up calls to clients regarding new campaigns and updates.
5. Liaise with sponsors, collaborators, event planners, and dealers to schedule meetings and coordinate communication.
6. Stay updated on upcoming exhibitions in the bridal industry and maintain a comprehensive list of sponsors and matchmakers.
7. Draft and send emails, as well as create Word documents as required.
8. Research and brainstorm new ideas related to weddings and the bridal industry.
9. Provide on-site support during events and exhibitions, including assisting with setup and logistics.
10. Assist in social media marketing efforts, including content creation, scheduling posts, and engaging with followers.
11. Support in cold calling activities as part of the tele-calling team for building client relationships.
12. Occasionally travel with the founder to different events happening in Mumbai.
