Operations Work From Home Part Time Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Conducting the latest market research on topics of security and technology trends/architecture
2. Responding to client queries, making sales requests & coordinating internally with engineering team for resolution
3. Conducting daily/weekly ops statistics
4. Learning the product and answering sales/cs team queries
5.Troubleshoot complex problems to root cause providing documentation and follow-up actions to prevent issue recurrence
6. Analyze security logs and application logs for user errors, security events and escalate to CS team or engineering team in time.
7. Perform investigations as assigned into our products and processes to identify opportunities for process improvements and product enhancements.
