Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies to ensure smooth operations.
2. Monitor and analyze sales data using MS-Excel to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
3. Support the team in coordinating daily operations and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
4. Help with scheduling and training staff to maintain a positive and efficient work environment.
5. Assist with marketing and promotional activities to drive sales and increase brand awareness.
6. Communicate with vendors and suppliers in Hindi to negotiate contracts and ensure timely deliveries.
7. Prepare reports and presentations in English to present findings and recommendations to the management team.
