About the internship
We are seeking an operations and admin executive (ESTJ, ISTJ, ENTJ, INTJ) to support the Founder of TTOGETHER.co, BlessdBuy.com. We are leaders in India's disruptive marketing, sustainability and social impact space, working with some of the world's leading brands.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
(a) Communications:
1. Follow up on phone conversations and emails they are brought into
2. Remind the receiving party to respond and take action.
3. Take ownership of tasks from above, till completion.
(b) Project management:
1. End to end ownership of projects - coordinate clients, internal resources, accounts team and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of multiple projects
2. Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
(c) Admin & financial management:
1. Communicate to receive payments from clients
2. Coordinate with accounts team to ensure error-free records
3. Coordinate with accounts team to ensure timely record keeping and filings
Skills required:
1. Self-driven, detail-oriented, operations driven and disciplined.
2. Being meticulous, operations driven, disciplined is mandatory - with demonstrated success in project management.
3. Strong organizational, project management and problem-solving skills with impeccable multi-tasking abilities.
4. Well versed with technology and Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, email.

Additional information
Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (8% of revenue generated).
