1. A keen interest in engine design and thermodynamics.
2. Preference for someone who is available to work for about 40 hours a week.
3. Preference for someone who is either in their 4th year or has recently graduated.
4. The candidate must have a specialization in RAC (refrigeration and air conditioning) as an elective in their 4th year or a similar course.
5. The candidate must have a deep interest, competence, and comfort in dealing with problems in thermodynamics.
6. Non-negotiable: The candidate must be open to working in Gr. Noida.
