About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Answer incoming chats from customers for various reasons- take orders, answer inquiries, resolve complaints and provide information following the company's policies, procedures, and guidelines
2. Ensure that the complaints made by customers are genuine and then must try to resolve them or propose a solution that helps the customer
