Management Trainee - Retail Operations Internship

This role has roles and responsibilities divided into 2 segments: Designing & Content Marketing.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

A. Designing
1. Create effective designs and make consumers directly learn/understand from those
2. Help the campaign and content marketing team with effective designs in various formats like video, GIF, images, etc.
3. Work in line with the content marketing team and complement the content written by them with the effective designs
4. Build a brand presence by the continuous creation of visual designs and canvas it along with the best content strategy leading to an increase in social media followers
5. Work with tools like CorelDraw, Figma, Canva, etc.

B. Content Marketing
1. Create content that goes in line with the consumer's views and is relevant to the trend
2. Work closely with the design team and CEO to plan effective social media campaigns
3. Work in line with the designer and complement the visuals design with the eye-catching and relatable content
4. Build a brand presence by continuous content marketing with the best content strategy leading to an increase in social media followers
5. Work on content strategy, DO's and DONT's of social media for increasing followers

Must-have:

1. Very good verbal and written communication (English & either Hindi or Marathi)
2. Doer and growth attitude toward becoming successful
