Management intern has to work in various departments of the organization, ranging from HR to sales and IT.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Adapt to working with different sets of people and in different departments on any given day
2. Gain as much knowledge of the organization as they can and prepare for a management role
3. Learn about the policies and practices of the organization
4. Spend time observing the experienced staff of the organization to learn about the necessary methods and procedures
5. Take the guidance of the senior manager and set goals and objectives
6. Monitor progress with the help of key staff of the organization
7. Learn about the inner workings of the different departments of the organization
8. Communicate with various members of the organization and be sensitive to cultural differences
Only those candidates can apply who:
1. are available for full time (in-office) internship
2. can start the internship between 30th Jun'24 and 3rd Jul'24
3. are available for duration of 4 months
4. are from or open to relocate to Delhi and neighboring cities
5. have relevant skills and interests
