1. Prepare for the live class based on the content provided
2. Stay online 15 minutes before the scheduled session time
3. Conduct live online sessions for ~3-6 children at a time
4. Provide feedback based on learning outcomes shared with you
5. Complete training successfully in a timely manner
6. Live session coordination: Coordinate and manage the scheduling, logistics, and technical aspects of live sessions, ensuring they run smoothly and according to the established timetable
7. Customer engagement: Address any concerns or questions they may have, providing timely and accurate responses to ensure a smooth customer experience
8. Query resolution: Respond to customer queries and concerns promptly and efficiently, either via email, chat, or phone. Provide clear and concise explanations or instructions to help customers
9. Operational efficiency: Identify opportunities to streamline and improve operational processes related to live session management and customer support
10. Collaboration and communication: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including moderators, and the technical support team to ensure seamless coordination
11. Maintain effective communication channels to relay customer insights, operational updates, and improvement recommendations
