You'll identify and qualify potential leads, develop sales strategies, and contribute to meeting revenue goals. You'll collaborate with senior sales reps to drive the sales pipeline.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Conduct market research to identify and qualify leads aligned with Talrn's target market
2. Execute targeted outreach via email, phone, and social media
3. Create compelling sales pitches emphasizing Talrn's unique value proposition
4. Manage lead qualification, prospecting, and appointment setting
5. Build strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor
6. Conduct product demos and presentations to educate prospects
7. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth lead handoff
8. Track KPIs like lead generation, conversion rates, and pipeline health
9. Assist in marketing initiatives to generate qualified leads

Other requirements

1. Minimum 0 to 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field

2. A strong understanding of B2B sales methodologies and best practices

3. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

4. The ability to build rapport and trust with clients at all levels

5. A hunter mentality with a proven track record of exceeding targets

6. Experience working in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment

7. Proficiency in CRM and sales automation tools (a plus)

8. A passion for the mission of Talrn and a desire to contribute to our continued success

9. Knowledge of the industry & offerings of Talrn

10. A strong network of potential clients within our target market

11. Previous experience in lead generation is preferred
