Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
A legal intern can be assigned a wide range of duties depending on the type and size of the organization, the area of law, and the level of supervision. For example, they may be tasked with researching legal issues and precedents, drafting memos, contracts, pleadings, and other documents, as well as reviewing and analyzing documents and evidence. Additionally, they may be required to attend meetings, hearings, depositions, and trials; communicate with clients, witnesses, experts, and other parties; assist lawyers with case management and administration; and observe and learn from lawyers and other legal professionals.
