Currently, we're looking for motivated and enthusiastic business development interns. In this role, you'll collaborate with our sales and marketing teams, assist in lead generation, conduct market research, and support the execution of sales strategies. This is your opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment while enhancing your communication and sales skills all while getting a front-row seat to the exciting world of international trade.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist in lead generation efforts by conducting online research, sending cold emails, making cold calls, and implementing other lead generation initiatives to identify potential customers and generate sales leads.
2. Identify target regions, institutes, and industries to gather email and phone numbers for email and phone marketing campaigns. Conduct research and data collection to build a comprehensive database of potential leads.
3. Assist in updating the CRM system (HubSpot) with relevant and accurate information related to leads, prospects, and customer interactions.
4. Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams to align lead-generation efforts with overall sales strategies.
5. Support the sales team in preparing sales materials, presentations, and proposals. Participate in sales meetings and client calls to observe and learn about the sales process.
6. Goal-oriented mindset with a desire to learn and grow in the sales field.

Other requirements

1. Currently pursuing a degree or Graduated in business, marketing, or a related field. Sales or marketing coursework is a plus.

2. Strong communication skills, preferred conversational English.

3. Proficiency in using email and phone communication tools.

4. Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably HubSpot/Freshsales.

5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

6. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with potential customers.
