The job involves a candidate to be a part of the ground force dealing directly with the associates (Vehicle Owner / Drivers) to ensure that they fulfill requirements at Customer Hubs. The job requires a person to also directly coordinate with the Customer POC at the Hubs and to be their first point of contact.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Manage the day-to-day operations of the customer/hubs and ensure timely planning and scheduling of vehicles
2. Scoute and onboarding drivers
3. Manage trip sheets, on-demand sheets, vehicle spread, and driver documents required for smooth management of the vehicles
4. Motivate drivers to use the latest technology and earn more
5. Ensure grooming standards and other mandatory requirements like vehicle documents, uniforms, shoes, etc. for all drivers
6. Work on implementing strategic initiatives of the company

An ideal candidate will be:
Bachelor’s degree required
Bring efficiency and optimization in operations through effective use of technology like driver apps, route planners, delivery apps, etc.
Polite and tactful and able to maintain composure under pressure
Proactive and solution-orientated, able to work independently
Excellent organizational skills, ability to prioritize effectively and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Utilize flexible work timings to enhance productivity
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Proactive, independent, and analytical candidates who can work in a fast-paced environment
Should have a two-wheeler/ or should be able to arrange for one (Fuel charges for business trips will be reimbursed)
Should be fluent in English and Kannada
