About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Provide candidate support & success efforts for the Hyreo platform.
2. Engaging with candidates via calls, emails, and chats
3. Understand candidate issues, resolve them, and help them realize the value of the platform
4. Review the candidate's queries and concerns and recommend actions to solve the concerns
5. Collect user feedback, contribute to the knowledge base and provide inputs to the product team regularly
6. Work on product setup, configuration, and release management coordination

1. are available for full time (in-office) internship

3. are available for duration of 6 months

4. are from or open to relocate to Kollam, Kottayam, Kozhikode, Thiruvananthapuram, Thrissur, Ernakulam and neighboring cities

5. have relevant skills and interests

Other requirements

1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to effectively interact with candidates

2. It is preferable to have any experience in a customer support role

3. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

4. Good problem-solving skills

5. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

6. Interns may be offered a full-time position with the company depending on their performance.
