1. Initiate timely calls to fresh leads and ensure prompt follow-ups daily
2. Generate appointments by effectively pitching consultation services to patients
3. Present and advocate the benefits of the treatment plan for online physiotherapy, persuading patients to enroll
4. Provide valuable information to help patients understand the importance and necessity of the treatment
5. Address patient concerns and obstacles, offering viable business solutions
6. Maintain discipline and collaboration within the team and across departments
7. Adhere to the sales process and diligently update CRM data
8. Strive to meet and surpass sales targets consistently
