We are looking for an enthusiastic Human Resources (HR) intern who is fluent in English to join the team at NayePankh Foundation. As an HR intern, you will be a part of the human resources team and help in the smooth functioning of the day-to-day operations.
This internship will provide you with valuable hands-on work experience in human resources and you will gain an overall understanding of best practices in the field.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in the recruitment process by creating job postings and managing job portals
2. Conduct initial interviews and screenings
3. Maintain employee records and provide support to new recruits
4. Assist with onboarding and orientation programs for new employees
5. Organize and lead team-building activities
6. Monitor compliance with labor regulations and internal policies
7. Document employee performance reviews and disciplinary actions
8. Assist with employee exits and exit formalities
