Human Resources (HR) (Technical Recruitment) Part Time Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Post jobs on different public job portals and different social media groups
2. Send candidates pre-screening questions through email or the job portal chat
3. Sort the candidates based on the company requirements and have a telephone conversation to clarify other questions
4. Schedule the interview of the candidate with the team lead or manager
5. Remind candidates about the interview 2-3 hours before the interview is scheduled
6. Review the feedback from the manager and release the offer letter
7. Provide feedback on the candidate's performance after joining periodically
8. Manage recruiting, administration, and employee performance programs
9. Work on the end-to-end recruitment process
