6. Following up on the interview process status
7. Overseeing the full cycle of recruitment efforts, setting JD, KPI, and KRA
8. Developing and overseeing new hire orientation, onboarding efforts, and employee termination process
9. Assisting with payroll and benefits administration
10. Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures and legal
11. Working on procurement - PR, PO, GRN
12. Working on training preparation - TNI, training calendar, MIS
Note: The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment efforts, new hire orientation and onboarding, employee termination, payroll and benefits, and company policy and procedure adherence. In addition, you will build strong relationships with our company's managers in order to help them with their human resource needs.
