As a human resources (HR) intern at Recite You, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions while supporting our dynamic team. Your role will involve assisting with recruitment efforts, conducting interviews, managing employee records, and contributing to the development of HR policies and procedures.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist with recruitment activities such as posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews
2. Conduct initial screenings and interviews with potential candidates
3. Help with onboarding processes for new hires, including completing paperwork and providing orientation
4. Maintain and update employee records and databases
5. Assist with performance management processes, including conducting evaluations and providing feedback
6. Participate in HR projects and initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction
7. Contribute to the development of HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
