About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist with recruitment tasks such as screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and updating our applicant tracking system
2. Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing employee handbooks and orientation materials
3. Help organize training and development initiatives
4. Participate in crafting internal policies and HR strategies
5. Conduct research on HR trends and contribute ideas for improving employee engagement and satisfaction
6. Provide administrative support to HR executives
7. Engage in employee relations and retention activities
8. Compile reports on HR metrics to help in strategic decision-making

Other requirements

1. A bachelor’s or master’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.

2. Strong interest in a career in human resources.

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

4. Good understanding of HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.

5. Highly organized, with attention to detail and a high level of confidentiality.

6. Proactive, eager to learn, and capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
