Human Resources (HR) Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Work on leveraging online and social media recruiting resources to identify and recruit the very best candidates
2. Create job postings for all campaigns (social media online, print, walk-ins)
3. Maintain accurate and well-ordered documentation on all candidates, searches, hiring managers interactions, and other recruiting activities to ensure a safe and thorough audit if required
4. Organize, coordinate, plan, and document recruiting events, including Walk-Ins and job fairs
5. Work on selection, review resumes and credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience, and knowledge in relation to position requirements
6. Work on pre-screen first and then interview all candidates presented for detailed interviewing by hiring managers, and includes the use of face-to-face behavioral-based interviewing methodologies
7. Interview applicants to obtain information on work history, training, education, job skills, and competencies
8. Handle operations and all the HR-related work
