Human Resources (HR) Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Promote the product, sessions, and other activities to the registered users and represent the program as required for the organization
2. Assess program needs with registered users, directors, and resources
3. Recommend appropriate instructors/mentors
4. Set up sessions, workshops, or seminars on different technologies and market trends
5. Develop outreach programs/activities for planned and scheduled sessions
6. Maintain reports of every scheduled and planned session in a timely manner
7. Coordinate the participation of clients/members in program activities including enrolling, monitoring attendance, and ensuring client/members complete registration/feedback forms are accurate and in compliance with organizational policies
8. Instruct clients/registered users regarding the services
9. Act as liaison between the organization, clients, registered users, and resources
10. Respond to client/member inquiries concerning workshops, sessions, and other program activities
11. Prepare reports consisting of qualitative and quantitative data related to program activities and assist with the analysis and interpretation of data
12. Perform other related duties as assigned
